Group arrival:
For groups, keys are issued by the respective group leader. They receive the keys upon arrival at the reception in the castle building.
Individual arrival or private accommodation:
If you are arriving alone or privately, you can get your room key at reception during opening hours.
If your check-in takes place outside of our reception's opening hours, we will leave your key at the respective guesthouse. You will receive information about self-check-in in advance.
The guest rooms are ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM.
If you are going to be late, please inform us by telephone at +49 6642 9113-0.
- Check out
Check-out takes place on the day of departure. by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Please drop your room key or key card into the designated key mailbox in the guesthouse when you leave, or hand it in at reception.
Please leave your room tidy. Dispose of your rubbish in the bins in the hallways and return deposit bottles in the designated containers next to the vending machines and refrigerators. Please return tea and coffee cups to the cafeteria or restaurant.
You don't need to strip the bed linen – but if you do, our housekeeping team will be very happy.
Please also remember to close the windows, turn off the lights and turn down the heating before you leave.
