You will usually receive your key or key card from the group leader or, if you are travelling alone, at the reception in the castle building.
If you arrive outside of our reception opening hours, you can alternatively collect your key from our key safe. Please contact your group leader or info@lmah.de.
Your room in the guest house will be available from 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
Are you running late? Then it's best to call reception to make further arrangements. The reception is open at the agreed arrival time and can be reached on 06642 91130.

A check out must on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest unless otherwise agreed.
You can simply throw the key or key card into the corresponding key boxes in the guest houses or leave it at reception.
At departure please leave the rooms tidy. Please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans in the hallway and deposit bottles in the containers provided next to the drinks machines and refrigerators. Please take tea and coffee cups to the cafeteria or restaurant.
The bed linen does not have to be removed, but our staff will be particularly pleased if you do so anyway. Please also make sure that the heating is turned off and the lights are turned off. Please close the windows.
