- Door code
For the safety of our guests, all of our buildings are locked with a code system. We therefore recommend that you ensure that the entrance doors are always closed. You can get the door code from your group leader or ask at reception.
- Toilets
In the castle building, the toilets are located in the basement and on the 2nd floor. The wheelchair-accessible toilet is on the ground floor. In the utility building, the toilets are on the ground floor opposite the concert hall.
- Elevator
The elevator in the farm building and the castle gardening guest house is freely accessible. You will need a key for the elevator in the castle building. You will receive this key for the duration of your stay at the reception in the castle building during opening hours.
- Copier/Printer
Printouts and copies can be made free of charge on the 2nd floor of the castle. In room 2.09 in the castle building you will also find scissors, paper and sticky tape. This room can also be used by your group leader as an office during your stay.
Money changer
Don't have any change for the drinks machine? There is a money changer in the cafeteria.
- Lost and Found
Our service of course also includes the return of lost property, despite additional costs on our part. Does that make you happy? Then show your appreciation by making a donation to our support association!
