Feel at home in our two guest houses: The Orangerie guest house has been in operation for some time and since 2022 we have been leasing another house: the Schlossgärtnerei guest house.
We now have 70 single, combination, double and multiple-bed rooms with a total of 131 beds.
All rooms are equipped with bathroom/WC, bed linen, hairdryer and towels.

You can get into the guest houses with your room key (Orangerie) or key card (Schlossgärtnerei) and the door code.
Since the door code is constantly changing to protect our guests, the group leader is always informed of it upon arrival.
Of course you can also ask at the reception in the castle building.

Free WiFi is available in the rooms.

The upload and download speed is usually sufficient for your stay. However, if everyone suddenly wants to stream videos in the evening, it can be a little slower.
- Please be considerate of other guests!
Practicing in the rooms is permitted from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
A midday quiet period must be observed from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this time, conversations and music in the rooms must be reduced to room volume and turned off in the hallways. The same applies to the night-time quiet period. This applies from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
In particular, guests who come from the cafeteria late at night are asked to behave fairly towards others in the guest houses and therefore very quietly.
- We need you!
To make your stay as cost-effective as possible, we need your support:
- Ventilate properly! This means: open the window completely for a short time, at least four minutes (ventilation). The tilt position is ineffective and wastes heating energy. Bring in the fresh air! The morning is the ideal time to completely ventilate the room.
- Do not heat during the day! The room is usually hardly used during the day, so please turn the heating down during this time.
- Would you like fresh laundry? If you need fresh towels or bed linen during your stay, you will find them every 2nd or 3rd day on the appropriate trolleys in the hallway. Throw your used laundry into the large laundry trolley and take clean items in return.
- Separating waste – for the sake of the environment! You will find our large waste sorters in every hallway. We ask that you dispose of your waste there at the latest when you leave. You can of course throw cosmetic and hygiene products directly into your bathroom waste.
